You should have all received a letter in the last couple of weeks announcing our fundraising drive “Campaign 2008” to install sprinklers in the AOH. Many of you have questions about this fundraising effort. In an effort to abate all your questions and concerns we have decided to have a meeting on Wednesday June 18, 2008 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. The meeting agenda will be as follows:

· 6:30 -7:00 Appetizers and cash bar

· 7:00 -7:30 Presentation describing fundraising efforts and distribution of funds

· 7:30 -8:00 Questions from attendees

· 8:00 Adjournment
